Updates on Pending Mega Bids

Before we discuss the mega bids, let’s examine some large multi-award contracts that are either in source selection or in progress.

  • Alliant 3 was released on June 28, 2024, and is due on January 10, 2025. In the past month GSA has released Amendment 3 on November 8, Amendment 4 on November 22, and Amendment 5 on November 26. Proposals remain due by 4:00 PM ET on February 3, 2025.
  • CIO-SP4: The National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) released CIO-SP4 on May 25, 2021. Since then, the bid has undergone many amendments and protests. Therefore, NITAAC extended CIO-SP3 contracts until April 2025, and it is likely to award CIO-SP4 contracts then.
  • SEWP VI The Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Program Office released SEWP VI on May 23, 2024. In the past month, the SEWP VI Program Office released Questions and Answers Batch #3 on November 7, Amendment 8 on November 14, and Amendment 9 on November 21. On November 6, the SEWP Vil Program Office held an industry day, click here for industry day notes. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM ET on January 30, 2025.
