SEPTEMBER 2024 UPDATE: The Alliant 3 competition just got more intense! With Amendment #2 released on September 19, 2024, the General Services Administration (GSA) has introduced key changes to the scoring table and compliance requirements. Contracts will still be awarded to only 76 companies (with a few more if scores are tied), so verifying that your proposal is 100% compliant and achieves the highest score possible is more important than ever.

What’s New in Amendment #2?

Amendment #2 introduces the following critical updates to the scoring process:

• Changes in the RFP are reflected in the Compliance Matrix, J.P-16 Scoresheet, and Planning Scoresheet.
• Deliverable names were added to the Planning Scoresheet in the Verification Artifact columns (Q-Y). Note these are based on the RFP Table 22, which has some inconsistencies. We recommend you establish standards following the intent of the suggestions.
• Quick views of the total score and percentage of potential were added at the top and bottom of the Planning Scoresheet for your convenience.
