Nick Wakeman has been Editor-in-Chief of Washington Technology of 1105 Government Information Group since June 2005. Nick is a veteran of the federal contractor market, writing about systems integrators, procurement trends and major contracts. His daily blog, WT Business Beat, offers commentary and news about the government market. He also heads the publication’s annual Top 100, which ranks the largest federal IT and systems integrators. He joined the magazine as a reporter in 1996, and was promoted to senior editor in 2000. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the American University in Washington.
