On July 24 and 25, 2025, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) released 18 pre-RFP draft documents for the SHIELD (Multiple Award Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense) bid. Questions about the documents are due no later than 11:59 PM CT on August 18, 2025.
