As we prepared April’s list, we saw that the government had advanced the release date of one-third of the bids from last month’s list and put the Army’s $950M Unified Network Operations Program of Record (UNO POR) on hold indefinitely. Four of the existing bids we listed in March were either released or imminent, so we added five new bids to consider.
