The government shutdown caused most mega bids originally scheduled for October or November to push further into 2025 or early 2026. However, the long-awaited Navy Integrated Training Environment bid (SeaPort NxG NITE; GovWin ID: 206014) was released on October 20, 2025, and proposals are due on January 5, 2026. The government is also expected to release the Unaccompanied Alien Children Legal Services contract (UAC LSP; GovWin ID: 230209) on November 24, 2025. Therefore, we added the new mega bids to our top 20 list. Both the bids listed below have active sources sought notices (SSNs)/requests for information (RFIs).
