Lohfeld Consulting’s quarterly list of Mystic (Forecast) Bids is a forward-looking view of significant opportunities that the federal government is likely to release in the next two years. Mystic Bids complements our two ongoing series—Mega Bids, which tracks active opportunities valued at more than $500M, and Mighty Bids, which spotlights active opportunities ranging from $10M to $499M. We define “active bids” as those where the government has already conducted market research, hosted an industry day, or otherwise engaged with potential offerors.
