Use Mega Bids to Drive Business Growth in July 2025

Lohfeld Consulting presents its monthly list of mega bids to help contractors navigate high-stakes multimillion- and multibillion-dollar contracts. As we prepared July’s list, we augmented it by adding a description of the bid and a summary of its status. For a few mature bids, we added information about strategy, competition, risks, and solution considerations. While most bids continue to have their estimated request for proposal (RFP) release dates advance, two major bids were released:
