You’ll learn our Modern Proposal Writing techniques that result in improved proposal quality and increased win rates. Students will learn what constitutes a great proposal as well as how to plan and write compelling proposals to efficiently increase proposal evaluation scores. Class exercises allow students to practice these skills with instructor feedback.

Modern Proposal Writing Instructor

 

Wendy Frieman has over 20 years’ experience winning complex, multimillion-dollar federal contracts for major high-technology companies. As a proposal manager, writer, volume lead, and trainer, Wendy brings proven skills throughout the entire business development (BD) lifecycle, including sales, capture management, proposal management, and program management. She is adept at formulating strategies, identifying strengths and discriminators, integrating capabilities of diverse organizations to create seamless offerings, developing pricing strategies, and managing all technical and logistical aspects of proposal preparation. She expertly presents complex technical proposals, prepares line staff for orals, and directs the proposal review process, including all color reviews.

Wendy has been recognized as the only Certified Professional Proposal Manager (PPM) who is also a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). She is also recognized as a Fellow by both NCMA and APMP. Wendy holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford University.

Cancellations and Transfers

Student substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class (please notify your instructor so s(he) can forward the invitation to the substituted student).

Fourteen (14) days or more prior to the start of the class: No charges will be incurred for canceling or transferring class registration.

Thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the start of the class: The full tuition is non-refundable. 

Student No Show

If a student fails to attend class, we do not provide a transfer or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made upon request only for registrations canceled fourteen (14) calendar days, or more, prior to the class start date.

Recordings

No recordings of Lohfeld Consulting Group classes are permitted or available.
