CHIPS Act Grants: AI Opportunities for industry
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has issued a Notice of Intent (NOI) for artificial intelligence-powered autonomous experimentation (AI/AE) for sustainable semiconductor materials and processes. The CHIPS Research and Development Office (CHIPS R&D) plans to allocate up to $100 million over five years to support at least two major team-oriented projects.
